Grant Application

Application for a grant The Jack Bloor Memorial Fund is available to young people under 26 years who live in or are based in Yorkshire and are a member of a Yorkshire Sports Club or a National Sport Governing Body (NSGB). Grants are only awarded for improving physical or technical skills in any recognised outdoor adventure sport.

Up to 50% of the total cost is available with a maximum of £400. One award per person per calendar year.

Applications can be made all year round. Successful applicants are asked to provide a short report plus a couple of photographs detailing what the grant has helped you to achieve. It may be in any format such as a link to a post on a social media site, written report, in an email. This will be used to promote the fund and also to provide assurance to both donors and
the board of trustees that the funds are being spent appropriately.

To help us increase the profile of the Jack Bloor Fund could you supply the web address and contact name from within your club for future contact.

Fundraising

If successful I will submit a short report with photographs to the Jack Bloor Fund once the activity has been completed. I consent to my name, club and any image I submit being used to report and promote the Jack Bloor Fund (eg: at the annual races, via the Jack Bloor website, and other social media.) I will let the Fund know if I object to this. I confirm that I have read the Jack Bloor Memorial Fund privacy notice, which can be found on the contacts page of this website.
